At infoafp Cosmetics, we work hard to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 2-4 working days across Pakistan after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and the courier's schedule.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan. Simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee applies to all orders and is calculated at checkout. Orders above a promotional threshold may qualify for free delivery — any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, re-shipment charges may apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it if possible, or contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the matter for you.
